No, we can't make such guarantees, however, the processes we will put in place on your website will make being hacked much lower. Combining our processes with strong passwords and good hosting, you can rest easy knowing your site is secure.

Q: What if PixelPerfect didn't build my website?

We will start out with a thorough evaluation of the website and the themes & plugins that you have in place. You will receive a list of our recommendations for improvements, and potential problems. Any updates or changes will be counted towards your monthly support hours.

Q: How does billing work?

Payment is made via credit card. Billing is done month-to-month at the start of the billing period and you can cancel anytime.

Why do I need an ongoing support plan?

Web hosting providers may or may not update your WordPress software for you (please check their policy), but all web hosts will not update your plugins.

WordPress plugins are created by multiple authors and are consistently updated to newer versions to comply with the latest version of WordPress, or to address security issues and bugs. It is not guaranteed that the mandated updates to WordPress will not break the website, nor that plugins will continue to function if not updated.

For this reason, having a trained web specialist on hand to monitor the website is necessary to update plugins, rollback plugins, replace plugins or even adjust the theme to continue optimal performance.

Our website support plans are month to month, so you can cancel at any time with 30 days notice.

To cancel, send us an email and let us know. We’ll stop your next payment and you’ll continue to receive your website support benefits until the end of the billing cycle. After this, all of your stored backups and other plan features will be stopped.
